RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS : In instances where you receive an item that is incorrect in size, design, or if it arrives damaged, we will readily provide a replacement. Please report such issues within 48 hours of receipt.

For those reconsidering their recent orders, we offer a window of 30 minutes post-order for cancellations or modifications. Beyond this timeframe, such requests are subject to our discretion, as our artists may have already started working on your order.

It's crucial to understand that the quality of the custom artwork depends on the photo you provide with your order. Following our photography guidelines is essential, as failure to do so leaves us unable to offer a remedy for poor-quality outcomes. While we accept notes with orders for minor adjustments, we cannot fulfill requests to alter fundamental aspects of the photo, like changing facial expressions. We can make minor edits such as correcting red-eye or changing eye color.

Please be aware that all showcased examples on our site were produced from high-resolution, clear photos. Submissions that do not meet this quality standard will affect the final product's quality.
